A 25-year-old youth, Mayur Jagtap, tragically died in an accident after the tire of his car burst near Jai Malhar Dhaba in Murti village, Baramati taluka. The incident occurred on February 13, 2025, but a case was officially registered at Vadgaon Nimbalkar Police Station on May 12, 2025.

According to the information provided, a complaint was filed by Dr. Shubham Haribhau Jagtap (28), a resident of Dhayri, Sinhagad Road, Pune. The accident took place around 1:30 PM when Mayur Jagtap was driving a Hyundai Verna (registration number MH 12 TK 9217). The vehicle was reportedly traveling at high speed when the right-hand tire suddenly burst, causing the car to lose control and veer into the opposite lane. Mayur Jagtap died on the spot as a result of the crash.

The car was severely damaged in the accident. In his statement, the complainant has clarified that the deceased was responsible for the accident. The local police are currently investigating the incident, and the case was officially registered on May 12, 2025.
