Fran Dias Rufino, a Brazilian immigrant living in Australia, and her husband, Bruno, returned to their house around 12:30 AM on Wednesday, only to discover the adorable marsupial sitting comfortably atop their bed, exuding an air of calm happiness.
“I was scared, happy, and excited all at the same time,” Fran shared with CNN, recounting the surreal moment.
Taking to Instagram, Fran humorously wrote about the experience:“Only in Australia hahahahah. We came from work now (12:30 AM), and we just found A KOALA in my bedroom, on my bed. Any tips? I was so nervous that I forgot my English ahahahha. Bruno put him out in the end, but I was scared because he was aggressive.”
