A three-year-old boy died tragically after slipping into a water tank while playing at a residential complex in Thane, Maharashtra. The heartbreaking incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon at a complex located on Ghodbunder Road.The boy had accompanied his mother to a relative's house, and while playing in the area, he accidentally fell into the water tank.

When his family couldn’t locate him, they immediately began searching the premises and eventually discovered the child in the tank. Despite being rushed to the hospital, the child was declared dead by doctors.A post-mortem has been conducted, and the police have registered a case of accidental death.
