The event will also include experts from public and private-sector banks, who will provide information on loan products and attractive financial instruments available to support clean energy adoption. Maharashtra has been aggressively pursuing renewable energy adoption, with over 48% of its power mix comprising renewable sources. While thermal power accounts for around 50% of the state’s power generation, solar contributes 26% and wind 10%.
