Aurangabad, May 9:Dr Sumegh Tharewal, a resident of Bhokardan (Jalna) and currently working as an assistant professor at Manipal University (Jaipur, Rajasthan), was granted a patent for his innovation.The Australian Government granted the patient to Dr Sumegh and others for innovation ‘An Internet of Things (IoT based System for Emergency Health Care’ which is helpful for remote health care monitoring and emergency services like COVID situation. The user can wear equipment like a wristwatch and gives detail related to the health of the user. It helps to review the health of serious patients and provide first aid to reduce the further deteriorating situation.Dr Sumegh completed Ph D completed under the guidance of Dr K VKale, a professor from Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu).
