International Tea Day, celebrated annually on May 21st, recognizes the cultural and economic importance of tea, the world's most consumed beverage after water.
Masala chai is made - in which milk, water, sugar, ginger and tea powder are used. All this is boiled well to make a strong and aromatic tea.
