108 new Corona suspects found positive on Thursday

Aurangabad, Nov 5:

In all, 108 new Corona suspects were found positive on Thursday. The total number of patients in the district reached 40847, of which, 39040 recovered, 1099 died while 708 are being treated, informed the district administration.

The new patients found in the city are from, High Court Colony Satara area, N-2 Cidco, Padegaon, Jadhavwadi, Rajnagar Harsul, Kutur Housing Society, TV Centre, Mukundwadi police Station, Sainagar Satara area, Beed By-pass, Phulenagar Harsul, Ghati area, Hanumannagar, N-3 Kamgaar Chok, N-1 Cidco (One each). Ayodhyanagar – 2, Others – 62.

The patients found in rural areas are from, Bajajnagar, Ranjangaon Bajajnagar, Waluj, Waluj Mahanagar, Shikshak Colony Vaijapur (One each).

Lasur Station Gangapur, Sub-district Hospital area Vaijapur (Two each). Manur Vaijapur – 4, Others – 16.

2 die; total deaths: 1099

A 80 years old man from Vihamandva, Paithan and a 55 years old man from Satara died at the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH). The total number of deaths in the district reached 1099 now.

Meanwhile, 50 patients including 28 from the city and 22 from the rural areas recovered and were given discharge on Thursday. The total number of patients recovered in the district so far is 39040 while 708 are being treated. As many as, 463 patients are being treated in the Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) jurisdiction at various Covid Care Centres (CCC) and Dedicated Covid Care Hospitals (DCCH) on November 5. Similarly, 245 active patients have been reported from the rural areas as on today. The total number of active patients in the district on Thursday is 708.
