43 patients found positive

Aurangabad, July 6:

The city again overcame corona deaths on Tuesday. No patients from the city died during the day. However, one patient from a rural area and another from another district died while undergoing treatment. The number of corona patients has increased by 43 during the day and currently 466 patients are undergoing treatment.

The death toll in the district has dropped following the number of corona patients. During the day, 11 patients were found positive in the city and 32 in rural areas. The total number of patients in the district is now 1,46,571. So far, 1,46,480 patients have recovered from corona in the district. To date, 3,443 patients have died, while 76 patients were discharged from which 14 were from municipal areas and 62 from rural areas. At present, 423 patients from rural areas and only 43 patients from urban areas are undergoing treatment in the district. While undergoing treatment, a 45-year-old woman from Mhaski, Vaijapur and a 44-year-old man from Ahmednagar district died.

Patients within the municipal limits:

Swastiknagar, Jadhavwadi, N-3, Kaiser Colony, Pannalalnagar, Garkheda Complex, N-12, Hudco, GMCH, Satara Complex (One each) and Station Road Forest Colony (Two)

Patients in rural areas:

29 corona patients were found in various villages including Cidco Mahanagar and Daulatabad.
