Awareness of physical and mental changes comes in a joint family. Everyone in the family is like a pillar for others. Our father had insisted on a joint family as he was well aware of the strength and support that a family can provide in tough times. All four of us siblings have cherished it till today. So not only Diwali, every festival big and small, everyone comes together for happiness, so every day the family lives like it is Diwali. Happiness and sorrow are with everyone and every day gives a new impetus to life. Even on Diwali, everyone gathers at home and enjoys food, worship and puja.
