Aurangabad, Feb 11:

A 51 Kundi Ganesh Yag have been organized on the occasion of the golden jubilee celebrations of Varad Ganesh Temple in Samarthnagar.

Ganesh Jayanti will be celebrated in the temple from February 12-15. The Shanti Path will start on the morning of Feb 12. In all 51 Yajman (Hosts) will participate in Ganesh Yag. Ganesh Yag will conclude on February 14 at 12 noon. Samarth Narendranath Maharaj of Nath Shakti Peetha in Akola will be the chief guest. Ganesh Jayanti will be celebrated on Feb 15. Atharvashirsha will be recited in the morning. Manohar Buwa Dixit Maharaj will perform kirtan at 10 am. At 12 noon, on the occasion of the golden jubilee year of the temple, a golden throne will be offered for Varad Ganesh. Prasad Amalnerkar Maharaj will be present on this occasion. Ganesh Sabha president Manoj Padalkar appealed to devotees to take advantage of this program.

Celebration at Bhakti Ganesh Temple

Shriganesh Yag (Sahastra Modak Havan) will be performed on February 14 at 10 am at Bhakti Ganesh Mandir at Cidco N-1. Shri Ganesh Atharvashirsha Sahastravartan will be held on February 15 at 9.30 am. Shri Ganesh Janmotsav will be held at 12 noon, Shri Satyavinayak Pooja at 3 pm and prasad will be distributed at 6 pm.
