54 new Corona suspects found positive on Monday

Aurangabad, Dec 14:

In all, 54 new Corona suspects were found positive on Monday. The total number of patients in the district reached 44429 now, of which, 42791 recovered, 1175 died while 463 are being treated, informed the district administration.

Patients found in the city are from, Kailasnagar, Thackeraynagar, Gadiya Park, Mayanagar N-2, Padegaon, MGM Boys Hostel area (One each). Mukundwadi – 2, Others – 43.

Patients found in the rural areas are from, Waluj, Good Year Company area, Wadadgaon (One each).

2 die; total deaths: 1175

A 74 years old man from Chikalthana died at the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH). A 44 years old man from Yashshree Colony, Cidco died at a private hospital. The total number of deaths in the district reached 1175 now.

Meanwhile, 148 patients including 135 from the city and 13 from the rural areas recovered and were given discharge on Monday. The total number of patients recovered in the district reached 42791 while 463 are being treated.
