95 Corona suspects found positive on Saturday

Aurangabad, June 12:

In all, 95 new Corona suspects were found positive on Saturday. For details, refer to the box given below.

15 patients found in the city are from Aurangabad, Ghati, Jalannagar, Ulkanagari, Paithan Gate, Jaibhavaninagar (One each). Nakshatrawadi - 2, Others - 7.

80 patients found in the rural areas are from, Teesgaon, Kamlapur, Karodi, Paithan, Karmad, Shirasmal (One each). Bajajnagar - 2, Others - 72.

9 die; total deaths: 3331

A 60 years old woman from Dhondalgaon, Vaijapur, 70 years old woman from Kadethan, Paithan, 50 years old woman from Bhaggaon, Vaijapur, 38 years old man from Mundwadi, Kannad, 45 years old woman from Waluj and 70 years old woman from Sarola, Sillod died at the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).

A 58 years old woman from Balajinagar, 49 years old woman from Rehmaniya Colony and 35 years old man from Wangi Sillod died in private hospials.

15.17 % vaccination in district

The targetted population in the district to be vaccinated is 3287814. In all, 498843 (15.17%) first doses have been administered in the district so far, including 2110815 (12.09 %) in the rural areas and 243698 (20.71%) in the city. Similarly, 136982 second doses including 51592 (2.44%) in rural areas and 85390 (7.25%) in the city have been given.
