Aurangabad, March 21:
A cheater cheated the district and sessions court by submitting a forged solvency certificate in the court for gaining bail for an accused in a dacoity case. A case has been registered against the accused at the Vednatnagar police station. The accused has been identified as Shivaji Lala Chavan.
On February 8, the hearing on a dacoity case was going on against Chabu Namdev Chavan, an accused in a dacoity case in the court. During the hearing, Shivaji Lala Chavan submitted a forged solvency certificate, and the court granted bail to Chabu Chavan. After few days, the court realized that the certificate was forged. Hence, the court superintendent Usha Rakhmaji Hire lodged a complaint at the Vedantnagar police station in this regard. A case has been registered while PSI Rahul Bhadarge is further investigating the case.
