AIC- BAMU receives unprecedented response for new startups

Chhatrapati Sambhajin: The Atal Incubation Centre of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (AIC-Bamu)-Foundation has received recording breaking application forms for startups and entrepreneurship from across the country under the scheme of MSME Business Incubation Centre.

It may be noted that the AIC BAMU Foundation is supported by the Maharashtra State Innovation Society, Department of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (State Government) and Atal Innovation Mission (NITI Aayog, Government of India).

It offers AI-ML IoT Fab, AR-VR laboratories and nurturing ideas across diverse sectors. The Incubation Center provides mentorship and resources to launch successful student ventures.

The union Minister of MSME recently selected AIC-Bamu in the region for MSME Business Incubation Centre implementation.

The AIC-Bamu invited applications from aspiring entrepreneurs and innovators across the nation under the scheme. It received an overwhelming response with 1,656 applications from aspiring entrepreneurs and innovators across the nation.

No other incubator in India has registered such a substantial number of applications for a single call.

"We are profoundly grateful to the innovators and entrepreneurs nationwide who have placed their confidence in our policies, schemes, and comprehensive support system designed to nurture and empower startups," said Amit Ranjan, Chief Executive Officer of AIC BAMU Foundation.
