Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu) on Saturday announced the second paper schedule of

Ph D Entrance Test (PET)-V.

It may be noted that the university conducted the first paper of PET on January 30 online from home and declared its result on February 1.

Those who obtained 50 and above per cent marks were declared eligible for the second paper which was to be held online at the allotted centre on February 21.

The different students union raised the issued while some moved the court to allow students to take the second paper from home. The court rejected the petition of the union.

With the rise in COVID patients in different parts of the State, test aspirants worried over the offline examination. So BAMU declared on Friday, they will be able to appear for the test online.

Today, it announced that the test would be organised on March 13, while the admit card will be displayed on March 8. The result will be announced on March 17. The certificate of paper first and second will be available in candidates’ login on March 30. A total of 6,383 students are eligible for the second paper.

After the result, those who qualify PET and those who are from an exempted group (M Phil, NET, SET etc. holders) will have to apply online for the presentation between March 22 and April 3.
