Aurangabad, May 27:

Residents of Cidco Waluj Mahanagar demanded to complete the pending works of civic amenities.

A delegation of the residents met the chief engineer of Cidco Sanjay Chotalia on Wednesday, requesting him to clear pending works and get approved increase water supply stock from Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC).

They claimed that they were deprived of various facilities as the administration is not paying attention towards their problems.

“We are continuously pursuing to get cleared pending works of basic facilities.

The administration is ignoring it. We have to face water shortage frequently as there is no storage tank,” they added.

Their other demands are installation of additional electricity transfer at Cidco Waluj-2, regular water supply, pending stadium work of Cidco Waluj Mahanagar-1, completion of the pumping station at Wadgaon village, repair work of street light on main roads should be completed, new pipeline should be laid in Cidco Waluj Mahanagar.

Deputy sarpanch of Tisgaon Nagesh Kuthare, Sheetal Gangwal and others were present. The chief engineer assured the delegation of completing the pending works.
