Cordial relations between builders-consumers, stress on after sales service

Aurangabad, June 12: In the past, construction industrialists were depicted as villains in movies and their image was bad amongst the public. But the real picture was not the same. The approach towards the construction industry and construction industrialists has completely changed from the last three to four years. Builders made it very comfortable and easy for customers offering them a variety of amenities. Relations between builders and customers are cordial due to after sales service.

Faith Build Construction’s chairman Rajendra Patil said that drastic changes have taken place in the construction industry for customers due to new rules and regulations. Construction industrialists cooperate with customers for solving their problems and are involved in happy and sad moments of their lives after selling houses or flats. Most of the construction industrialists have launched maintenance departments. Experts from the construction field have been appointed. They solve customers' problems on the phone or directly visit them. Construction industrialists adjust such expenditure from their pocket or contribution from society. They solve customers' problems or guide them even though it is not under their responsibility. Harmonious relations are being built between construction industrialists and customers due to the best service provided at customers’ door. Patil said that such a positive atmosphere is very helpful for achieving sustainable development of Aurangabad city.
