Corporator Mehraj Khan and principal granted bail

First class Judicial Magistrate V.H. Deshmukh on Monday granted conditional bail to AIMIM corporator Mehraj Khan Jalil Khan and principal Ilyas Qadir Siddiqui, who were accused of conspiring to create fake birth and bonafide certificates for a third child.
The court granted bail to both accused on a personal surety bond of Rs 25,000 each, with the following conditions: Both must report to city chowk police station every Tuesday between 11 am and 12 pm until the chargesheet is filed. They must not interfere with the prosecution's evidence. They must not threaten or intimidate the prosecution's witnesses. They must fully cooperate with the investigating officers in the investigation of the crime. Adv Abhaysingh Bhosale appeared on behalf of Mehraj Khan and Ilyas Qadir during the hearing.
