Demand to dissolve Board of Directors

Aurangabad, Dec 6:

Office-bearers of Shikshak Samiti demanded to dissolve the board of directors (BoD) of Aurangabad Tehsil Zilla Parishad Teachers Cooperative Credit Society.

It may be noted that Teaches Coordination Committed staged an agitation in front of divisional joint- registrar of cooperatives making a demand to appoint an administrator on the Credit Society.

The district deputy registrar issued orders presiding officers on December 2 for the elections of chairman, secretary and vice-chairman of the society. Current chairman Santosh Tathe, secretary and vice-chairman, took objection to the orders. The Credit Society submitted a letter of objection with divisional joint-registrar and other officers.

District president of Shikshak Samiti Vijay Salkar alleged that some officers from District deputy registrar were shielding the BoDs intentionally despite the demand of action against them being made for the past 17 months. Commenting on this, Santosh Tathe said that they are ready to face if they had done any irregularity.
