Bajaj Auto Company announced bonus to employees on Monday. According to industry sources, most of the companies are preparing to declare bonus by November 5. There are about 4,000 companies in Waluj, Chikalthana, Railway Station and Shendra. It employs more than one and a half lakh workers. Bajaj will distribute bonuses to 5,000 workers at Rs 25,000 each. The rest of the companies will also distribute bonuses by the first week of November. The workers will then start Diwali shopping resulting in good turnover in the city.
