Sarika, Vinod and Atish were produced in court on Thursday after their police custody ended. Who and where did they get the bones? The government pleader argued that the sword and pistol used to threaten Katke are yet to be seized and the pen drive containing the conversations of the accused is yet to be examined.
The lawyers of the accused alleged that Katke misused his position and hooked up them in the case unjustly. After hearing both sides, the court ordered an extension of the police custody of Sarika and Vinod by two days. Atish was sent to judicial custody. Adv Kiran Magar argued on behalf of the accused Vinod Ubale.
