Establish an agricultural production company

There are difficulties to use machinery and technology on small agricultural land. Hence farmers should come together in group farming to use technology and set up an agricultural production company said divisional joint director, Dr Dinkar Jadhav.

He interacted with the farmers during his visit to Tongaon in Aurangabad. Dr Jadhav along with the associate director, national agricultural research project S B Pawar, Agriculture assistant Rameshwar Thombre, Dnyandev Karande and others inspected the crops grown in shade net by farmers Laxman Aher and Baban Kanake from Krishi Yojana. Dr Pawar said that farmers should use technology wisely. The crop should be watered only as much as it needs. If crops are watered properly, the roots of the crop will go deep. Root growth is important for the good yield of the crop.
