Girls pass pc of CSN division highest in State
Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The pass percentage of the girls in the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar division of MSBSHSE is the highest in the State.
Addressing a press conference here on Friday, divisional president of the State Board Anil Sable said that the pass pc of girls is higher by 8.15 in the division compared to the boys. A total of 1,025,21 boys appeared for the examination; of them, 86,921 (84.78 pc) were declared successful. As many as 82,419 girls took the examination, out of which, 92.93 pc (76,599) passed. The pass percentage of girls, compared to boys, is higher by around 5.40 pc across all divisions, while in the CSN division, it is 8.15 pc.

CSN Division in last place
The State Board conducts the SSC examination in nine divisions. CSN division got the last place on the list of pass PCs among the divisions. Kokan division topped the State with 97.62 pass pc while the CSN division was in last place (ninth) with 88.41 pc. Latur is in eighth place with 88.42 pc.
The pass pc of other divisions is as follows: Kolhapur (95.47 pc), Mumbai (94.97), Pune (94.24), Nashik (90.53), Amravati (90.50) and Nagpur (89.07).
