HRDC releases annual schedule of training & refresher courses

Aurangabad, June 30:

The Human Resource Development Center (HRDC) of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu) has released the annual schedule of ‘Faculty Induction Programme (FIP),

Refresher Course (RC) and Short Term Course (STC)’ to be implemented for the year 2021-2022 for teachers senior colleges and universities.

The Centre will conduct four FIPs (each with 30 days), nine RCs (each with 12 days) in subjects like Disaster Management, Human Rights and Social Inclusion, E-Governance and E-Learning, Environmental Studies and Sustainable Development, Gender Sensitization, Comparative Indian Literature, Biological Science and Technology, Global Studies (Social Science) and Teacher Education.

Also, the four short term course (each six days) in subjects like Research Methodology (only for Science, Discipline), Stress Management and Yoga for Teacher, Research Methodology (Social Science, Humanities and commerce discipline) and professional development courses for administrative staff has been allotted to the HRDC by University Grants Commission.

Vice-chancellor Dr Pramod Yeole approved the courses.

“All the courses will be conducted through online mode”, informed by the director of HRDC, Dr N N Bandela.
