International Men''s Day celebrated by worshipping crow

Aurangabad, Nov 19:

On the occasion of International Men''s Day, the members of the Patni-Pidit Purush Ashram'' a refuge for men harassed by wives celebrated the day by worshipping the crow at the ashram at Karodi on Thursday. The members also demanded the establishment of a men''s commission to stop the oppression of men from women.

Injustices against men are ignored because of the perception that men have been harassing women for a long time. For the society and the government to take notice of the injustice done to men, various programs were held at the Patni Pidit Ashram in Karodi. Ashram president Bharat Phulare, Charansingh Gusinghe, Jagdish Shinde, Pandurang Gandule, Somnath Manal, Rameshwar Navale and other wife victims worshipped the crow''s spirit and prayed to God to enlighten their wives. Phulare said that if a woman is oppressed, the society and the administration stand firmly behind her. But no one takes the injustice against men seriously. As a result, men are more likely to be depressed and more likely to commit suicide. The victim also said that men are also a symbol of endurance and the society and the government should take notice of their atrocities. The members also demanded to repeal the alimony law.

Establish a men''s commission

There is an independent women''s commission to prevent injustice against women. Justice is given to women through this commission. But the administration is not taking the initiative to prevent atrocities against men. Phulare said that they were pursuing the issue of protecting men from domestic violence, stopping injustice against men like women and setting up an independent men''s commission to uplift the morale of men.
