Jogeshwari Ambedkarnagar residents, living on Gram Panchayat Survey No. 14 land since before 1995, still lack ownership rights. Frustrated by delays, Arun Sharad Pathare began a sit-in on Friday, demanding P.R. cards and a probe into alleged misuse of public restroom funds.

Arun Pathare is protesting, demanding action. He asserts that the Tahsildar, Mandal Officer, and Talathi should record ownership rights in the village’s 7/12 extract and distribute P.R. cards. He also accuses the Gram Panchayat’s Sarpanch, Deputy Sarpanch, and Gram Sevak of misusing funds by falsely presenting old toilets as newly built to embezzle government aid. Complaints were submitted to the CM, DCM, and the Urban Development Ministry. With no action taken, Pathare has started his protest outside the state secretariat (Mantralaya).
