Aurangabad, April 22: Associate professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Aurangabad Kavita Bhosle-Mohite has been awarded Ph D degree by Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, in Computer Science and Engineering research area. She completed her research work under the guidance of Dr Vijaya Musande on “Crop Classification using Remote Sensing.” The methods proposed in her research can be used to identify crops sown area, crops grown in that area, and provide beforehand information regarding crop production.
