Lack of textbooks disrupts online learning

Aurangabad, June 18:

The schools have been closed since last year due to Covid-19. Only the presence of teachers in the school has been made mandatory. Students, however, will take online lessons from home. Meanwhile, students have not received free textbooks from the government disrupting online education.

Even last year, many schools lacked textbooks for students. Teachers had to collect books from the students and distribute them among students. After the commencement of the academic year on June 15, no students came to school. In fact, students are tired of online education and being at home. Students are eager to return to school. But for the second consecutive year, the students will have to switch to mobile phones for online education. Parents have expressed the view that textbooks need to be made available for this purpose.
