Aurangabad, June 4:

A man submitting fake documents in the court for gaining bail for an accused in a case registered at the Cidco police station has been arrested. The forgery came to light at the court of the chief judicial magistrate on June 3 at around 1 pm. The arrested has been identified as Rajesh Kisanrao Dabhade (48, Bhagyodaynagar, Jalna). Complainant Nitin Rajesh Marathe is the assistant superintendent at the court of the judicial magistrate. The court granted conditional bail to the accused of the case no. 68/2021 registered at the Cidco police station. Accused Dabhade had gone to the court to submit the necessary documents needed for the bail. He submitted the documents of Rajendra Rangnath Harbak (Chapadgaon, Jalna) claiming it his own documents. Marathe got suspicious about it and found that the accused is telling lies. He immediately called the Vedantnagar police at his office and handed over accused Dabhade to them. Marathe, on behalf of the government, lodged a complaint against Dabhade. PSI Rahul Bhadarge arrested Dabhade and presented him before the court. The court has remanded him in the police custody till June 7. The police are searching his other accomplices.
