Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

As per the directive of the Supreme Court, voting for the Maharashtra medical council elections will be held on Sunday from 8 am to 5 pm at government medical college and hospital.

A total of 4,778 voters from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district are eligible to cast their votes. Each voter will have the right to exercise nine votes. As many as 60 candidates are in the fray, making the election a significant exercise to decide representation in the medical fraternity. Deputy collector (general branch) Sangita Rathod has informed about the conduct of the polling process.
