Vivekanand College has launched a new one-year diploma course in ‘Dairy Processing’ under the community college project. The admission process for the course started in the current academic year.

Those who completed HSC from Science, Arts and Commerce are eligible to apply for the full-time course. The objective of the course is to help youths to be self-employed. Also, the unskilled persons working in the dairy field can take admission.

College principal Dr Shyam Shirsath said that students should contact Dr Ajit Khojre from Dairy Science and Technology Department for details.

He appealed to the youth to take benefit to become self-dependent by joining the course.
