Aurangabad, Jan 12:

Gold ornaments of 39 gm were stolen from lady passengers' bag in Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRTC) bus.

According to details, a woman from Ranjangaon had gone to Pusad (Yavatmal) on January 7 to attend her brother's marriage ceremony.

After the function, she boarded ST Mandal bus for Aurangabad. She reached the Cidco Bus Stand at 8 pm on Monday. The woman boarded a bus for Ranjangaon from Cidco Bus Stand and realised that her mini purse was containing mangalsutra of 2.5 tolas, earring of eight gm and chain of six gm. She had kept the mini purse in a bag. She lodged a complaint with MIDC Cidco Police Station.
