Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) will conduct the Phase 1 examinations for postgraduate courses of the Summer Session 2026 between May 9 and May 20.
Approximately 3,560 students are expected to participate in these exams, which will take place at 29 examination centers across the state. The subjects included in these courses are MD, MS, Ayurveda, Unani (2024), as well as various postgraduate medical courses such as MD, MS, DM, MCh, PG Diploma, MSc in Medical Biochemistry and Microbiology, MD in Homoeopathy, MDS, Diploma in Dentistry, MD, MS in Ayurveda and Unani, MOTH, MPT, MASLP, MSc in Audiology, MSc in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), and MPO.
Preparations for the examinations have been completed under the oversight of the university's in-charge Vice-Chancellor, Sanjeev Sonawane. The University used online system to send question papers for various examination courses of Winter 2024 Phase 4, Summer 2025, and all phases of the Winter 2025 session to examination centers through an online computer system before the commencement of each paper.
"Similarly, question papers for the Summer 2026 Phase 1 examination courses will be sent to examination centers on the day of the examination via the online computer system," stated Dr. Sandeep Kadu, Controller of Examinations.
