Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU) conferred Ph D on Vishnu Karhale in Social Work.
He submitted his thesis titled ‘RTI Act and Caste Verification Office’ under the guidance of the research guide, Principal Dr Rajkumar Mhaske. Karhale is deputy registrar at Osmanabad sub-centre of the university.
