Possibility of light showers in next few days

Aurangabad, Dec 3:

Many parts of the district including Aurangabad, are likely to witness cloudy weather for the next two to three days with a possibility of light showers in few areas.

As per the officials of the Chikalthana meteorology department, Aurangabad and some parts of Marathwada are likely to witness rainfall activity. The officials said that parts of the district are likely to witness flow of winds at a speed higher than normal. Aurangabad has been witnessing considerably above-normal minimum temperature since November last week, causing disappearance of the winter chill. The winter chill is likely to mark its return soon. However, partly cloudy conditions will prevail causing slight rains in some parts of the district and a rise in mercury with the minimum temperature. The officials have also asked the farmers to take care of their crops as rainfall is predicted. Similarly, parts of Marathwada will also witness light rains.
