Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:

Droupadi Murmu arrived at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar airport at 10.10 am on Wednesday. She was welcomed by governor Acharya Devvrat with a bouquet. Guardian minister Sanjay Shirsat, mayor Sameer Rajurkar, MP Dr Kalyanrao Kale, MLA Pradeep Jaiswal, MLA Anuradha Chavan, divisional commissioner Jitendra Papalkar, district collector Deelip Swami and commissioner of police Pravin Pawar were present.

Thereafter, the president and the governor departed for Shegaon in Buldhana district for a scheduled programme by an Indian Air Force helicopter.

Departure for Nagpur in the evening

At around 4.10 pm, the president arrived at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar airport by helicopter from Shegaon and departed for Nagpur by a special aircraft of the Indian Air Force. She was seen off by governor Acharya Devvrat in the presence of the guardian minister, mayor, divisional commissioner, district collector and commissioner of police.
