Aurangabad, Jan 18:

Crayons The Play School recently organised a talk show ‘Stay Fit, Stay Healthy’ for mothers. Guest speaker, dietitian, and homeopathic practitioner Dr Ripple Chopda explained the importance of food selection in the daily diet. “Right from childhood, we must nurture good eating habits. The Indian traditional food that we all used to have during our childhood was the best for keeping our immune system healthy. Good food habits ensured quick recovery of Indians during the global pandemic,’’ she said. Mothers enjoyed the photo session followed by Sankranti Haldi Kumkum. Principal Sonal Ladniya delivered the welcome address.
