Ten passengers detected as Covid-positive on Tuesday

Aurangabad, Dec 15:

Nine train passengers and one air passenger, who had arrived in the city on Sunday and Monday, have been reported as Covid-19 positive today.

As reported earlier, the health teams of Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) had conducted RT-PCR tests on 500 passengers arriving at the station by Sachkhand Express train and 113 RT-PCR tests of the passengers arriving at the Chikalthana airport from Delhi-bound planes, on December 13 and 14. The reports of the above passengers have received today, and it stated that ten passengers, including one arriving by plane and nine by train, are reported as Coronavirus infected, stated the report of health section.

Meanwhile, the AMC health teams have conducted RT-PCR tests of 262 persons arriving in the city by Sachkhand Express and 39 tests on air passengers at the airport, today (December 15). The administration will receive their reports by tomorrow.
