A youth sustained serious injuries after being hit by an unidentified vehicle in the MIDC Waluj area. A case has been registered at the MIDC Waluj police station on Thursday.
According to police, the incident occurred on Saturday morning near Marathwada Auto Company. The unidentified driver allegedly drove negligently and hit Bhagwat Dhote, son of Vitthal Dhote. He suffered serious injuries and underwent surgery on his jaw. He is currently undergoing treatment at a private hospital. As the injured is unable to speak due to his condition, his father lodged the complaint. A case has been registered against the unidentified driver.
