Aurangabad, Feb 28:

Corona vaccine will be given to senior citizens above 60 years of age and citizens with other ailments in the city from Monday. Vaccination will be carried out at three municipal health centres i.e. Bansilalnagar, Cidco N-11 and N-8 from 10 am to 5 pm said municipal health officer Dr Nita Padalkar.

As per the instructions of the central and state governments, the municipal corporation is ready to vaccinate senior citizens above 60 years of age and citizens with other ailments in the group of 45 to 59 years in the city. Vaccination will be started in Bansilalnagar, Cidco N-11 and N-8 health centres from March 1. Aadhar card, PAN card, voting card should be brought along while coming for vaccination. They will be registered and verified through the Arogya Covin app and then will be vaccinated. Trained staff from the municipal corporation have been appointed. Dr Padalkar also said that vaccination will be started in two to three days after registering on a portal of a private hospital and getting the user and password.
