Aurangabad, April 1:

A woman died due to electrocution while operating an electric motor at Navnathnagar, N-11, Hudco on Thursday at around 11.30 am.

The deceased has been identified as Sunanda Rahul Jogdand (35). She is survived by husband, son and a daughter. On Thursday morning, she was putting on the electric motor to fetch up water. She was electrocuted as the wire was damaged. After sustaining the electric shock, she was rushed to the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) where the doctors declared her dead after examination. A case of accidental death has been registered at the Cidco police station.
