Youth robbed at Himayat Baug

Aurangabad, May 16:

Three persons robbed a youth of Rs Rs 2000 and mobile phone after threatening him with knife at Himayat Baug on Sunday at around 11 am. Moreover, the Begumpura police nabbed two of these miscreants within few hours of the incident. A case has been registered against Rhitik Nayabrao Dhiye (21, Jaibhimnagar), Lalit alias Pendi Kale (Jaibhimnagar) and Lalit Shankar Alankute (Gulabwadi) at the Begumpura police station.

Police said, a youth Rahul Nanasaheb Shinde (26, Gajanan Mandir, N-11, Cidco) went to Himayat Baug area on Sunday morning. Three miscreants stopped him and threatened him with a knife. They robbed him of Rs 2000 and mobile phone and fled away from the scene. Meanwhile, Rahul clicked their picture on his other mobile phone and lodged a complaint at Begumpura police station. The police nabbed Pendi Kale and Lalit Halkunde within few hours of the incident.
