Strict restrictions have been imposed several times in the last quarter to prevent the spread of corona. The lockdown has impacted the business world. Millions lost their jobs whil many had to face salary cuts. But now job seekers will have opportunities. This year, 60 percent of the companies will be recruiting which will provide employment to many. Many companies started the recruitment process from April, May by conducting interviews through virtual medium. From July onwards, the recruitment process will be expedited.

Mercer Mettl has published a report on this. The companies hope that the situation will improve soon and that it will be the same as it was before the Corona crisis. That's why companies will hire employees, Mercer Mettl said in its report.

About 60 per cent of companies are looking for skilled workers in new positions. This will provide employment opportunities to those with the ability and qualifications in the coming months. Good opportunities are now available for individuals with specialized skills in a particular field. So it will not be difficult for such people to get a job.

A significant point has come to fore from the survey conducted by Mercer Mettl. Despite the lockdown in many places in April, May, many companies hired employees.In the future, companies will prioritize virtual hiring, according to a survey by Mercer Mettl. During the lockdown period, about 81% of companies are using virtual platforms for recruitment. The pace of recruitment will be stable from July to September, the survey report said.
