Maharashtra stands as one of the top markets in the country for iQOO Z7 sales, accounting for 8% of total sales

● iQOO Z7 was the highest selling smartphone launch day on Amazon

Pune: iQOO has recently completed three years in India and since its inception in the country, iQOO has achieved several milestones. It has launched smartphones across all price segments and has become the leading brand with their smartphones being the highest selling on Amazon. With their consistent innovation across all segments, iQOO has recently launched iQOO Z7 from its fully loaded Z series.

iQOO Z7 - a powerful offering from the #FullyLoaded Z series, is specially designed for performance seekers and given its power packed specifications, the smartphone is breaking records from the 1st day of sale as Amazon’s highest selling smartphone in sub INR 20K segment. In terms of contribution, Maharashtra was one of the top markets in the country for iQOO Z7 sales, accounting for 8% of total sales for the brand. iQOO Z7 has been well received by customers because of iQOO’s innovation in the segment,  iQOO Z7 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC and has an AnTuTu score that exceeds 485K, making it one of the highest in the segment. It provides faster app loading and smooth switching between apps, as well as a power-efficient TSMC 6nm process and support for ultra HDR graphics. The iQOO Z7 is the Fully Loaded Phone for the Fully Loaded You, featuring a 64MP OIS Ultra-Stable Camera, India's first 64MP OIS in the segment. It has Hybrid Image Stabilization with OIS+EIS: Ultra Stable Mode, 64MP ISOCELL GW3 sensor, 4K video recording at 30 frames per second, Vlog movie mode for ready-to-share short videos/Instagram reels, and super night mode making it a #FullyLoaded smartphone under sub 20K segment. iQOO Z7 has proven to be a complete #FullyLoaded package. One of its major rivals is the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G, which debuted earlier this month in the country. While the iQOO Z7 5G starts at an effective price of  Rs 17,499, the Nord CE 3 Lite 5G is priced at Rs 19,999 for its base model. However, iQOO Z7 fares better than One Plus Nord CE 3 Lite in various aspects, Let’s checkout:

Design

The iQOO Z7 smartphone has a water drop notch for the selfie camera, volume and power buttons on the right edge, and a rectangular module for dual cameras at the back. It comes in Pacific Night and Norway Blue colors and has a plastic panel with a luxurious feel. The OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite looks similar to the Realme 10 Pro, with a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera, volume and SIM tray on the left edge, and a power button with a fingerprint sensor on the right edge. It has OnePlus branding and three camera sensors at the back and comes in Pastel Lime and Chromatic Gray colors with a polycarbonate build. Whereas iQOO Z7’s build looks more classy and premium, on the other hand, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite looks plastic.

Display

The iQOO Z7 5G boasts a 6.38-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 1300nits peak brightness, 360Hz touch sampling rate, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. On the other hand, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite has a 6.72-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, punch-hole cut-out, and up to 680nits peak brightness. iQOO Z7 has an advantage in terms of display quality and brightness, thanks to its AMOLED panel.

Performance

iQOO Z7 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G Processor, allowing better performance as compared to the other processors in the segment. It has surpassed benchmarks with Highest AnTuTu score of more than 485K. On the other hand, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC and Adreno 619 GPU for graphics, with 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB/256GB UFS 2.2 storage. In terms of processors, the iQOO Z7 has an advantage with its new and powerful MediaTek chipset.

Camera

The iQOO Z7 has a better camera setup than the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite. It boasts a dual-camera setup on the back, with a 64MP ISOCELL GW3 primary sensor aided by OIS, LED flash, and a 2MP secondary sensor. It also features a 16MP front camera for selfies and video chats. The device comes with Hybrid Image Stabilization, India's first 64MP OIS in the segment, 4K video recording at 30 frames per second, and other features like Vlog movie mode and super night mode. In comparison, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite has triple cameras on the back, with a 108MP Samsung HM6 primary sensor, 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens, and a 16MP front camera. However, the absence of OIS on the Nord CE 3 Lite makes the iQOO Z7 a better option for low-light photography and video recording.

Battery

The iQOO Z7 ships with a 4,500mAh battery with 44W fast charging support. On the other hand, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite packs a 5,000mAh battery with 67W SUPERVOOC fast charging support.

Verdict:

The iQOO Z7 5G outperforms the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite in terms of display quality and brightness, overall performance, benchmark scores, rear camera capabilities, and in-display fingerprint scanning. The iQOO Z7 has a more affordable price point with a better price-to-performance ratio than the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite. It is priced at INR 17,499, while the Nord CE 3 Lite is priced higher and has lags during gaming.

It also has a better price-to-performance ratio, making it a better option in sub INR 20K over OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite.
