The program, titled Shikshartha, is being highlighted as a scalable model that integrates formal education with local cultural context. Currently, the initiative is being implemented across around 50 schools in Rayagada district, covering more than 7,000 students, including those from tribal and Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group (PVTG) communities. Teacher training and capacity-building form a core component of the program to ensure consistent delivery and long-term sustainability.

Preliminary observations from the district administration indicate improvements in basic literacy, vocabulary development, and numeracy skills among participating students. Schools have also reported better attendance and increased engagement from both students and local communities.
