HSC Result Date 2026: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) will declare the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or Class 12 examination results on May 2, 2026, at 1 pm, according to an official notification issued on Thursday. Once released, students can check their results on the official website; mahresult.nic.in. Digital marksheets will also be made available via the DigiLocker app.

How to Check Maharashtra HSC Result 2026 Online

Students can follow these steps to access and download their scorecards:

  • Visit the official website: mahresult.nic.in
  • Click on the “HSC Result 2026” link
  • Enter your roll number and registration number
  • Click on Submit
  • Your result will appear on the screen
  • Download and save the scorecard for future use

How to Download HSC Result 2026 via DigiLocker

Students can also access their digital marksheets through DigiLocker:

  • Visit digilocker.gov.in or open the DigiLocker app
  • Log in using your registered mobile number or credentials
  • Navigate to the “Issued Documents” section
  • Search for “HSC Result 2026”
  • Select Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education
  • Enter required details such as roll number/seat number
  • Download the digital marksheet

The HSC examinations were conducted between February 10 and March 11 across the state’s nine divisional boards, Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik, Kolhapur, Amravati, Latur, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Konkan. Exams were held in two daily sessions, from 11 am to 2 pm and from 3 pm to 5 pm.

Last year, the HSC examination recorded an overall pass percentage of 91.88%, slightly lower than 93.37% the previous year. Girls outperformed boys with a pass rate of 94.54%, compared to 89.51% among boys.
