Actor Mahesh Shetty who was close to late actor Sushant Singh Rajput took to social media to remember his best friend on Brother's Day. Sushant can be seen sporting a black suit with his trademark smile. On the other hand, Mahesh can be seen wearing a blue shirt. He shared the picture on his Instagram story and posted it with a heart emoji. Mahesh recently turned a year older.  On Mahesh Shetty's birthday, Sushant's sister, posted a priceless photo of the late actor and the birthday boy.

She shared a screenshot of SSR's latest's year's post for Mahesh Shetty. The post was captioned as, ''Wishing You a very happy birthday @memaheshshetty ❤️🙏🎂Hope you always stay happy. @sushantsinghrajput''. As soon as she shared the post, Mahesh replied, ''Thank you this ment a lott 🤗''. Ankita also Lokhande shared a series of videos and photos with the birthday boy from the celebration. The actor opened up about his birthday plans. ''It's a normal day this year, I'll be staying indoors and spending time with family and that is more than enough for me to make my birthday special. The situation is really pathetic and it breaks my heart to see people suffer. I pray for the country to heal and may we all strive back to our old, good life very soon'', he told IANS. Meanwhile, on the work front, Mahesh will be seen in the film a film starring Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Nora Fatehi and Sharad Kelkar among others.
