A lot has been spoken about Amit Ravindrenath Sharma's Maidaan which is based on the golden years of Indian football. The sports drama which stars Ajay Devgn has been in the news ever since the project was announced. Ajay will be seen in the role of legendary coach Syed Abdul Rahim who is said to be the founding father of Indian football. Taking to his Instagram Ajay shared a new teaser poster of the film. 

In the teaser poster a number of boys can be seen dressed up in shorts drenched up with mud all over them. The identities of the boys have not been unveiled in the poster. Sharing the poster, Ajay wrote, #MaidaanTeaser - Get ready for Maidaan! 27th November 2020" with a football emoji. The sports biopic is co-produced by Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios. The principal photography began on 19th August 2019. The movie also stars Gajrajrao and Boman Irani and is slated to hit theatres on November 27th 2020.
