Raj Kundra transferred the ownership of his luxurious apartments in Juhu, Mumbai, worth Rs. 38.5 crore to his wife, Shilpa Shetty. According to reports on Zapkey.com, the businessman, who was arrested and released on bail in the pornography case, has transferred the properties worth Rs 38.5 crore to his actress wife. The documents accessed, showed that Kundra transferred that a total of 5 flats in the building named Ocean View located in Juhu along with the entire basement was transferred to his wife’s name.
Varun Singh, Founder of SquareFeatIndia.com further said that, the total area transferred by Raj Kundra to Shilpa Shetty measures a around 5,996 square feet. It also is the house which both the husband and wife has shown as their current address.Shetty, on the other hand, paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.9 crore on the transfer deed. The documents were reportedly registered on January 21, 2022. For the unversed, Raj Kundra, was arrested for his alleged involvement in making pornographic films in Mumbai. After a series of sessions in court and spending some time in Arthur Road Jail, currently, he is out on bail. The tainted businessman has been keeping a low-profile post the entire controversy. On the professional front, Shilpa's was last seen in Hungama 2, which also featured Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav and other actors in important roles. Shilpa was also seen co-judging Super Dancer with Geeta Kapur and director Anurag Basu. As of now, Shilpa is co-judging India's Got Talent on Sony TV with Kirron Kher and rapper Badshah.
