Shilpa Shetty, who is currently seen on Super Dancer - Chapter 4 as a judge, will be missing from the dance reality show this weekend. After her husband Raj Kundra got arrested in connection to a pornography racket, where a case was registered against him for the creation of pornographic film. The Hungama 2 actress was scheduled to shoot for the dance show but , after her husband Raj Kundra's arrest, the actress skipped the shoot. According to a source close to the show, Shilpa Shetty was missing from today's shoot. No one filled in for the actress. However, Karisma Kapoor shot for the show as a special guest. Recently, Karisma was seen on the singing reality show Indian Idol 12.
While Shilpa won't be seen on the show this weekend, Geeta and Anurag will be there. The show's hosts are Rithvik Dhanjani and Paritosh Tripathi. There were reports that Karisma Kapoor will replace Shilpa Shetty on the show this weekend. However, she isn't replacing the Dhadkan actress but will be seen as a guest on the show. Meanwhile, The Joint Commissioner of Mumbai Police, Milind Bharambe, at a press conference on Tuesday also commented on Shilpa Shetty’s role in the pornography case. He said that they have not found ‘any active role’ of Shilpa in the case, however, the investigation is still on. As per ANI, Bharambe was quoted as saying, “We have not been able to any find any active role (of Shilpa Shetty) yet. We are investigating. We’ll appeal to the victims to come forward and contact the Crime Branch Mumbai. We’ll take appropriate action.”
